  • It is interested to read that changes in sexual misconduct cases have not affected how cases are investigated when it comes to military misconduct. One would think there is a whistleblowing outlet in military law where an individual can report misconduct and have the lawyers assess the situation in timely manners. I speculate the delay is often because the easier route would be to either settle or resolve cases privately because from a societal perception perspective, it sure does not look good when the soldiers who are protecting your country is also hurting and abusing other fellow soldiers..
